The way that I manage my team is to send team emails to see who responds and who doesn't sometimes if you have a few that don't understand you I try to look up what they have written in a language dictionary online and find a way to communicate with them because I don't want anyone to be left out over a small issue as not understanding one another, I am willing to go that far for my team. Also for timezone differences it can be a little tricky to communicate with everyone and be up to date, however, I go through my list of PSA's and go onto Google and look up time differences so that I know what time of day it is where they are so that it wont inconvenience anyone. Also email and leaving notes on there profile helps when you can't get a hold of someone due to time difference. There are many options on here, which is really helpful staying in touch with your team.
