As far as I am concerned, I have a huge team consists of affiliates from all the parts of the world and it is virtually impossible for me to devote the entire day as per their timings to guide them to progress in the system. In that case, it is always advisable to send them periodical letters and messages so that they will open your messages as per their convenience and follow your instructions carefully. If they need more attention, I am sure, they will come back to you with a set of questions and points so that you can guide them specifically the way you can.
Moreover, you should encourage your team members to read all the study materials in the system as per their convenience and timings and also by using the Translator facility being provided by our great SFI.
With all these methods, I am sure, you will become more successful and become an awesome sponsor too.
