There is no need to worry about cultures and time zones in order to manage your team. SFI is personal business. Everybody will run it according to their way and their culture. As a team leader, you just lead your team by example. SFI is your leader/example. SFI helps you without worrying about your culture and your time zone. You must also do as your leader, SFI, does.
You help your team to understand how SFI works. how to make money, here at SFI and how to grow their team. You give them support, motivations, etc. You send them messages whatever time. They will find their messages when they wake up, when they log in at SFI or in their email boxes. They will respond at anytime also.
Just keep sending supportive and motivation messages at anytime not worrying about time zones and cultures.
