gives some basic advise, for new members to follow
Secondly as soon as you log in and see you have new affiliates, send them a team mail welcoming them and give
some tips in how to start with the program.
Send an individual e-card to new members, specially to he ones you see have started to do some VP
Give your affiliates your contact details, be it e-mail, or Skype, or Facebook, etc, so they can contact you
anytime, and try to reply within 24 hours
If you are in SFI, check to see who is online, yellow bubble, and send them a greeting, and ask if they need
any help, do they have any queries that you can assist with.
For older members sending weekly team mails with tips is enough
The main thing is for all your affiliates, PSA's or CSA's, know that you are availble to help them, and will
do your best to follow up any queries.
