Thanks for the question and i can put myself as the best example for the inactive one.
Because after joining SFI it takes some time to read and understand the given information.
And we have a lot here to learn and implement it to one's success.
As we have a proverb that "All the fingers of a hand are not one and the same". As the same all the ones who are signing up won't be interested in reading the total lessons given here to continue on work. So, they won't be able to proceed further and they became "Inactive".
We "as the sponsors" have to motivate them by our frequent emails and messages through stream. With these actions we can bring them on the track.
To the success of one and all.
