Ideally, I would like a Team Leader for every country. I would like to develop leaders and have them in place so that when new people come in they could be assigned to someone in their country.
Until that goal happens the translator will have to fill in and bridge the gap. I have been to different countries, including one of which I had to have an interpreter with me at all times.
I don't give too much concern to time zones. I post my messages and know that they will get them when they log in.
