As a team leader I would try to maintain and use simple and direct language in entire communications with all the up-line and down-line members, thereby resulting in an easy grasp or understanding of the intended meaning or message possible for all of them. Such usage of language does not ever creates or poses a difference in the culture of people worldwide. Apart from that I would try not to bring in the differences that may exist in between the entire tam members like religion, culture, custom and tradition, social and income status, sex, educational background, any physical or mental superiority or inferiority, racial supremacy or other demographic differences.

Now if always keep the existing differences in my mind and try to communicate taking the stand of neutrality then all the differences would simply vanish thereby creating a serene, conducive and congenial atmosphere for easy and free communication.

Now coming to the second aspect that is various time-zones to navigate, it becomes necessary for me to be on the vigil almost 24 hours by week, month and year. For this issue, since it is humanly impossible to do that I would take hourly rest after 6 hours of alertness, compensating and allocating time for the rest/sleep and taking care of natural requisites like bath, food, dressing etc.

By adopting the above means I would try to successfully overcome the natural cultural and time-zone barriers that exists among my team members who belong to different countries, continents, races, religions, cultures, customs and traditions.
