It is important to have team members take on leadership roles because this is a business based on duplication. The only way we succeed is by helping others do the same. Therefore, we need to create great leaders who can teach and lead their own teams as well. We cannot do this alone. Strength in numbers produces a residual income that will last us a lifetime and we all benefit from that.
