1. Be the best example to them that you can.
2. Let them know when you win something, when you progress in some way and how you are doing in SFI as a team leader.
3. Send them your best tips about advertising and following SFI generally.
4. Every week send a newsletter that lets them know the advantages of being a teamleader.
5. Build them up by sending Ecards and other messages.
6. Assist them with advertising by letting them know where and how to advertise.
7. Show them advertisements you have used and how they have worked for you.
8. Invite them to join your Facebook and other social media pages.
9. Send them your current goals and what you are working on to maintain team leader.
10.If for some reason you have had a set back such as dropping down a level, let them know it is temporary and that you are working to go up and up again.
