It is vital that your team members in your downline take on leadership roles in order to unlock all of the different income streams that SFI offers. You can make money from SFI if you have a large 1st generation downline, full of members earning VersaPoints and selling products through TripleClicks. However, if you have a handful (SFI recommends having at least 5 strong players in their SFI BASICS page) of Executive Affiliate 2s in your downline, and they have fully learned and understand the SFI program, then they will also begin to recruit PSAs. In this way, they are duplicating you - they are becoming a leader. If they assume this leadership role then they, too, will begin to see a substantial income from SFI. This, in turn, through SFI's matching VPs and commissions earned from their sales, and their PSAs sales, and so on... you will also begin to earn more money.
The bottom line? Having your team members take on leadership roles is the quickest way to see exponential growth in your SFI business.
