It is important for you to remember that everyone is not cut out to be a leader. So many affiliates here need guidance and direction to achieve their goals. New affiliates in particular get lost in the sea of information and desperate circumstances blind their vision and wane their patience. Before anyone can become a leader they must learn how to follow. No one can lead where they are not willing to go and certainly you can't teach what you don't know and understand for yourself.
When you have a clear picture of what it is you are working toward in your business, you need to execute a plan that will bring you from where you are to where you want to be. Leaders need to be able to do this. They need to be able to assess the strengths and weakness of their team and then teach them to lead others down a similar successful path. When you can duplicate this type of growth throughout subsequent generations it will take a tremendous burden off of you to teach every affiliate.
Sure, you should support all of your network with your knowledge but remember if you teach a person how to do for themselves it is more than likely that they will be able to sustain themselves. We need people who take initiative and follow through with a proven plan that works. There are those times that will require ingenuity and adaptation.
