In my opinion, having team members to take on leadership roles is so important because it is the key of success in SFI. This is what DUPLICATION is all about. Imagine you have five Team Leaders in your team. You + five TLs is an equivalent of being in six different places at the same time, doing six businesses at the same time. Having TLs is what makes your team grow exponentially. Having strong leaders in your team means having a strong team. In other words, it means secure and ever growing income for you.
