SFI is a business. This should be treated like any other business. Only thing is, who ever becomes our Team Members are also in business.
When we treat this as a business, every individual has the liberty and right to decide on the course to be followed for his/her growth.
They too have many factors to be analyzed like money required towards:
1. Advertising;
2. Placing a standing order;
3. Team Building through S-Builder Co-op,PSAs to Go, etc;
4. Transfer Buying and so on.
Every one will work on a Budget on a month to month basis keeping the possible returns through commissions, versapoints, etc.
Only when they feel confident of seeing growth and improvement in returns they will start looking for opportunities to go up in the leadership levels.
If cost economics don't justify their moves, they will be reluctant to invest in SFI business. This means, the chances of their becoming BTL, etc will be very dim
As Sponsors, we all have responsibility to demonstrate the potential available in SFI Business without misleading them at any point of time. We have to be open minded, honest, sincere and above all trust worthy.
We should inspire them continuously through our achievements; We should motivate them to perform better through encouragement regularly. We should make them understand our commitment for their success and growth consistently. We should also guide them periodically on ways and means by which they should be able to gather VPs with affordable investment.
When we do all these naturally they will love to become EA/EA2/BTL/STL and so on every month.
Only when they grow, we can grow.
Only when they earn, we can earn.
Only when they expand, we can expand in our business.
Conclusion:
I am sure, by this it is clear why is it important to have team members to take on leadership roles - If they are stagnant, we will also remain stagnant. We can not afford to be stagnant in any business. SFI is no different either!!
