Dear Johnson,it is very important to have team members to take on leadership roles because without leaders we will not be able to be successful in our business.Leaders don't work just for money.They're also motivated by an internal desire to achieve.Leaders know which team members are the standouts.Leaders understand that every member of their team has an innate need to be valued,recognized,included.But before expecting leadership from our team members we ourselves should become good leaders.
Our team members always follow us.So if we ourselves don't follow the guidelines we have no right to expect it from our team members.
