The more teammates you have taking on leadership roles the more solid your business becomes. This business is built on duplication and duplication is taking place when you start seeing and helping teammates reach a leadership position.
Another important factor in your teammates reaching a leadership position is that your residual income increases.
As your teammates take up leadership roles your personal involvement will not be needed as much and you can watch your personal business take leaps and bounds in growth without you working any harder than you are now.
