It is simple to understand that we all have to take leadership role in different situations in our day - to -day life. Why do we do that? because we want to take control of that situation. Right!
Similarly, when we go out to work, we function as per our job description or roles we are assigned. If you lead a team, you take decisions that would benefit the team as a whole.
So how is it different at SFI? No difference, right. If we want our team to be successful, we need to lead by example. Do all that is right for the business and your goals, further help team members attain the similar position so that they get into leadership role as soon as possible.
Team member need to realize that they can't be successful in this business until they duplicate the process. Therefore more members taking leadership role would result in better realization of your goals. The same keeps cascading down for each member.
