4 To share ideas and have multiple sources to grow the business faster
By distributing the responsibility to designated leadership roll takers.
5 To follow the concept of it is better to have 1% of a 100 people effort
Income than 100% of one person effort income.
The more leaders we have in the team the better outcome we produce.
