A team leader is responsible for guiding his team to reach its goals,it’s like in a project,the team leaders must use all the resources SFI offers,develop their own strategy with their team,have the power to communicate clear in order to train the team,be a good listener to team’s members problems in SFI,find the solutions and offer suggestions for each member of the team,people from the team live in other countries,some of them are willing to advance but they can’t do it so quickly because money are low in their countries,so a team leader must be able offering cheaper alternatives,solutions in order to help his PSA,CSA to succeed in business start in SFI;then it is very good when other people go for team leaders ,they have different viewpoints and strategies and then teamwork avoid becoming boring, also with as many PSA, CSA team leaders you’ll get your income explode.
