People are naturally more motivated when they have a stake and can lead their own group. Leaders are not followers.
As a leader, you expect that your team will grow. Your team members have started building their teams and you will become an up line through generations and as you know, duplication is the game in SFI.
It beneficial when you team members take leadership roles and you can focus on new affiliates and CSAs and teach them to also take leadership roles.
