Before I answer this question, I would like to liken taking Leadership role by team members to becoming a parent. It is the joy of every parent to see his/her child/children grow to become parent.
Likewise, in this business, it is one's joy when you see your team member taking leadership role. It means he/she is fully ready to be committed to the business. He/she is also growing.
Apart from the joy, you derive some benefits of earning matching versapoints from the members of your team members.
If he/she is your PSA, when he becomes a Team Leader, you earn additional Versapoints, 150, 200,250, 300 AVPs which might change your own level.
That is where residual income comes in.
