I personally believe that every affiliate is born with leadership qualities. It is our duty to poke the fire inside him. The best way to do so is to make him learn the system. Guide him to read as many ASK SC questions, and be active on the forum. Reading questions and answers is the easiest way to learn. Knowledge would give the person more confidence, and help him/her guide the next generation downline.
Remember-Practise makes a man perfect. The earlier he starts practising, the better leader he would be as time passes.
