It is very common that we recruit many PSA and also get assigned
as a co-sponsor for many CSA in SFI, but not every members stay active
and make VP every day despite of the advantages of SFI Business. And there
are some reasons behind this of-course.
First of all the members who joined under you as a PSA or put under your
team as a CSA , they all have joined by finding an advertisement or safe mail
may be, and they all have different interest of-course.
Let say, some of them were exactly looking for the same opportunity that
are available in SFI. But other may just joined as a curiosity as the landing
page of SFI draw attention to them. So you must agree that the person who had
interest will definitely will be active here and you will need very little
effort to encourage them. And the other people will be active or may not active.
As they joined by curiosity. And when you will motivate and explain them about
SFI business then they may become active if it matches with the opportunity that
they thought and may not active if they thought something else when found SFI.
Last of all, some people are new-bi in the internet and does not have
internet access at home & they surf internet occasionally. And some people
do not have proper skill. And some people do not speak English well. And they
often try different stuff online without knowing much about that.
so if you got some of those kind of people under you then they obviously
will not able to response to your call. And that is not your fault , and not that
SFI is not good enough to go for, not even the fault of those people as they
have some barrier, lack of capacity and that is why they are not ready
to make their income stream with SFI.
But as the things keep changing so you should keep mailing them through
Genealogy or CSA mailing system as you can mail them with just one click.
