First, have you ascertain that they are receiving your messages, because if they do not, then nothing else matters. You may therefore need to develop adequate and appropriate guide for them to follow, like confirming their registration and whitelisting relevant e-mail addresses, including yours. Until this is done, you may rely on team mails.
Second, do your PSAs and CSAs know the advantages of this business? It may be difficult to convince them to seize the opportunity if they do not, so your first lesson to them will be to let them know and see the advantages.
Third, what kind of convincing are you doing? Are you convincing them, for example, on how to spend/buy or you are convincing them by promoting the benefits, allowing them to make spend/buy decisions themselves? Your convincing may be more effective if it is perceived to be selfless and non exploitative.
Fourth, have you been able to determine their preferences as far as their objectives in joining SFI is concerned? If not then you may be selling chicken to who needs beef or convincing a thirsty person to buy a cigar instead. You need to understand that your PSAs and CSAs may have other interest they may like to pursue, rather than what you are convincing them about.
Fifth, are you overloading them with information and complexities that it ends up confusing them instead of convincing them?. Have your reputation been tested and trusted by your team members? If not build one by creating an impression that you are here to help not exploit, guide not command, and show you are knowledgeable in SFI business in order to build trust.
Finally, you must be seen to be doing what you are convincing your team members to do, other wise you may be building a castle in the air.
