Unfortunately there are many people who expect to get great rewards without much effort. They are serial opportunity seekers and jump from one opportunity to the other. Once they’ve joined, they expect to sit back and see money pouring in.
When that doesn’t happen they are off looking for the Next Big Thing….
Although SFI has everything a motivated person needs to build a very successful business, these people don’t care. It involves commitment and work from their side and that is simply not what they want to do.
Sadly the majority of people we have in our teams belong to this group. No amount of motivation will change them and you'll never convince them to work either.
When you get the motivated, serious person in your team you’ll find that you don’t have to push or try to convince him or her. They realize what it takes and will just do it! Cherish these team members and work with them to build your business.
I think that is why it is difficult to convince your PSAs and CSAs to work the business despite all its advantages.
My advice? Don't try to convince anyone. Work with the workers and you will build your business slowly but surely.
