Dear friend, I feel that there are two important words in any business especially for the business involving duplication. They are:-
1) Convincing
2) Realizing
1) Convincing is for me i.e., I have to get convinced by taking complete knowledge about the business and also experiencing the business by working it out.
2) Realizing is the only option to make others work in the business. Once we are convinced, then sharing your experience makes others realize that they also want this business. Then only they do the business very seriously.
