Well, here are 3 fundamental reasons that all team leaders/builders run into each time :
1) Anyone who does not have communication with an individual within SFI who is successful can lose ambition and Drive.
- so lead by example and link up with SFI companions of like mind.
- encourage your team to do the same via the forum and A2A with companions within your country or region. A2A tips/quotes through the Stream Tab are at times great boosts for an individual.
- point 'UPWARDS' your Upline will have successful leaders in SFI, who are willing and able to 'Lead' and help you help your own affiliates.
2) Lack of vision, to invest. This is as a result of point (1).
- Anyone who does not have communication with an individual within SFI who is successful can and will not be driven to invest Time, effort or money.
- Once again communicate with your team by example and state ways where by their lowest (as considerably) possible investment could make them a gain.
3) Time = Consistency = Commitment = Progress.
Any new affiliate will make the discovery that their greatest investment needed into SFI will be their TIME. As SFI is FREE and the mechanisms to earn are real but take effort, time and smarts.
- the sure-fire way to ensure you have extra time, is to delicate at least an hour a day to SFI at your own schedule. The rest of your time you are willing to use in SFI, is at your discretion.
- you will very delightfully surprised of how much time you could save if you use a smart phone or tablet. Depending your internet costs to smart devices. This could be your cost efficient way to run your business, as you can always be 'mobile'.
- lastly your commitment and consistency to SFI will eventually rub off on them if you communicate with them and seed it in them.
