It is agreed fact that the success in the SFI does not belong to a single individual but to the entire team that strive hard with no stone un-turned over a considerable period of time which requires lots and lots of money, labour, time and patience apart from proper planning and strategy execution at the Team Leader and below.
When it comes to investment of anything, particularly money, one faces lots and lots of opposition and resistance within his team. That is because, one earnings is connected with his downline members who makes purchases of certain items from the Tripleclicks stores or place a Standing Order for certain number of TCredits or some other items. Now, this earnings in the form of Commission Values does not go unnoticed by almost all the PSAs and CSAs because they are suggested to go through all the available advertising, marketing and selling literature that is available in various places such as FAQs, Launchpad, SFI Basics, ASK SC, Forum etcetera.
An average person who registers himself as a CSA or PSA with SFI, with average educational background and intelligence would complete reading all the aforesaid literature within three or four days and learns very quickly how the business model has been set up in the SFI, how one starts earning money for himself, how advertising and marketing is successfully carried out etc.
In the initially or early days or weeks or a few months of his registration, one does not possess any team, in other words does not possess his own CSAs and PSAs. It is this reason that he would not come forward to take the initiative to invest by purchasing certain items from the Tripleclicks store or placing a Standing Order for his automatic insurance of his Executive Affiliate Position.
As far as my personal knowledge goes and experience with SFI has thought me that the above reason proves to be one of the difficulty to all the Team Leaders to convince his PSAs and CSAs to make investment in the SFI business.
