As a team leader of 480 odd PSA,S and CSA.S i inspite of all the advantaves in network marketing SFI offers to affiliates have noticed that most of my psa,s and csa,s are inactive.sanding emails from my genealogy on regular basis urging them ro atleast respond to the emails has fallen on deaf ears.
After consulting my peers,(i.e) upline so as to brainstorm,suggest ideas or tips in order to encourage my ream members to at least log on and visit their home page and learn more about the advantages SFI has to offer in terms of making a second income is yet to be seen.
Presuming that they have problems may be financialy or may be they are new to network marketing or they lack the knowledge or new to computer handling.Whatever problems an addiliate may have and knowing about the vast potential SFI has remaining idle is adding to the woes of the team leader.
This is a process of duplication and my psa,s or csa,s efforts towards buliding their business is individual benefit and also the team.
To sum up it so far has been an ordeal for me to convince my psa,s/csa,s regarding the advantages to work the business,probably with time my peers in SFI shall be able to overcome this bottleneck and surely to work the business with the advantages becomes a reality to see everyone active.
