The most of the people, primary were used to earn money from their work, not from gambling. It is not true that people expect to earn money easy, especially when it was explained to them before they joined SFI.
The biggest problem I faced with, is the fact that you do not see real money from working in SFI from a longer period of time, even if you work hard, and the most of the people could not afford it, especially if they live in not developed countries, and where $10,00-$20,00 monthly is big investment, that most of them could not afford at the beginning, even if they are ready to work. The fact is that you may start earning any real money only if you develop a team, what needs long time effort, and investment that maid be paid back, but very slow. Slower then in any other private business.
Also, you have to motivate people to buy via TC, as on that way you could get real money from your work. Unfortunately, we do not get any commission from SFI in money for personal buying, but VPs, and this demotivates people to use TC as their own shop from the very beginning, and buy what they must, TC credits mostly. Real motive when people join SFI is to earn money, not status, and VPs are necessary for status. In case they could earn money from the beginning from personal buying, it could be great motive to buy on TC plus to earn something that they could invest in business, and slowly reach status. Reaching status maid be important later, as bigger status makes possibility to earn more money, but at the beginning I do not think this is priority to anyone who joined. That's why people resign. Fact is also, when people stop working in SFI, they stop buying on TC...
Time, learning, understanding system of work, and investment, with lot of luck as well, are necessary to start earning money in SFI. Everyone is not ready for this, especially people who used to relay on their work, not on luck.
