Your PSA's and CSA's are learning. SFI is a business opportunity. It requires a mindset that people aren't normally taught therefore when they sign up they need to start learning how to think differently. It all depends on their willingness to learn and use what they learn. If they choose to not learn it doesn't matter what they do. They will not learn. If they choose to learn than they can go all the way to the top!!!
Learning takes time with various speeds. Allow them that privilege. After all you gave that to yourself. Help them learn. Inspire and motivate them to learn. Keep in mind that they may have a short attention span. Get it!
Business requires an investment of time and/or money BEFORE results. A job doesn't require anything but showing up on time and getting the job done; learn how to work. Disciple your thoughts, focus on setting goals and achieving them. Working from home demands more discipline than a job because there are more distractions than at work. Use it to help teach yourself to learn how to say no.
Use the advantages of SFI to keep tugging at your team to help them keeping on. SFI is so worth it all!!!
