When we are discussing business with PSAs or CSAs in their early phase with SFI, it is difficult for them to believe and understand the working environment here....
It is quite obvious for them to think that whatever we are suggesting is completely for our own benefit and they may end up loosing the investment.
In this selfish and competative world, it is difficult to percieve the working environment at SFI. The concept of mutual growth, coexistence, cooperation and the support system that is present here is unbelievable. Though this is the strength of the system but nevertheless it is misunderstood by the people in general. One needs to have faith and spend some quality time in here to believe.
Hence, while communicating with our downline we need to be truthful and crystal clear in our explanation, no caption statements or slogans are going to work. A genuine personal talk may be the tool to achieve the goal.
