It is difficult to convince PSAs and CSAs to work with SFI despite all it advantages because they are expecting riches overnight - that is not possible.
One has to work, and, invest some monies in order to get going - and money is something that not all people like to spend. However, SFI is cost effective - compared to other networking sites. Point it out to your Team.
Also, make it clear to your Team that they should give themselves at least one year before deciding whether SFI is worth it or not. Once they get their own PSAs, and start selling / buying at TripleClicks, the monies will grow much quicker.
It is all about patience and a little monetary investment (SO to earn 1500VP).
