Some of you may be in the same situation that I am right now--I don't have the extra money to reward my PSA's with T-Credits or certificates for achievements. So I congratulate them through the Stream so that everyone in my group and in a2a can see their names and their achievements. I also send them a personal email congratulating them and encouraging them to continue the good work. I would like to also note that it is equally important to recognize your CSAs also. Treat everyone in your group the same way--you will build trust and loyalty that way.
