I think that the best ways to track yours ads to know which are providing the best results are to put some 3 or 4 digit numbers at yours used gateways.
For example, you can track your tripleclicks gateway at certain advertising site, which you choose to be with 1234 tracking number.
Such gateway should be then like this:
http://www.tripleclicks.com/XXXXXXXX.1234; where XXXXXXXX is your personal SFI ID number.
For other advertising site purpose, use other tracking number, etc.
At the same way combine your other gateway sites.
Then use hit tracking to see what are the best advertising sites for you at:
https://www.sfimg.com/PowerTools/HitTracking
