By sponsoring hundreds of new PSAs, you can find the smaller number of EAs within the PSAs so you can share your experience with them and they can learn how to create EAs for themselves. So I say build and teach and then repeat! The PSAs you have, the bigger potential you have for building EAs who follow your example.
