Sponsor hundreds of new PSA's each year is a great idea, but we also have to teach them how to duplicate their efforts and grow their business, or they will lose interest.

This is the hard part, however doing it is like the old say, practice makes perfect and eventually before we know it, we are doing it effortlessly.

My advice is to focus on the PSA's that are movers and teach them everything they need to know, some will need this, others will not.
