Which is better hundreds of new PSA's or a few EA's each duplicating themselves.
This is an interesting Question.
You may have to sponsor a large number of PSA's to get a few to the point of being EA's, it may be a large number of PSA's before you find the diamonds that understand that it takes action to build a Business. You certainly want to help develop your PSA's into EA's and Team Leaders.
If you can sponsor hundred of new PSA's, you should do what you can to develop those into EA's.
It is good when you can find people who are self starters, and you need to work with those to build a team. Set the stage by example, keep in contact with your PSA's and work together for a common goal of being a successful TEAM in SFI.
So which is a better goal, sponsoring hundreds of new PSA's or teaching a smaller number of EA's to each develop EA's themselves. The most important is to develop EA's who will duplicate themselves and be leaders, that is teamwork.
Once you get a nucleus of working EA's, and you have the skills of sponsoring hundreds of PSA's you will improve your organizational team by placing working EA's in groups below in your team.
