Well, in my opinion, the ideal would be to do both. You would grow your team(s) faster and you would earn commissions faster.
Granted, with a working team (the trick is to get your team working) of PSAs you earn a higher commission rate, 45% CV, and EA2, 15% CV. Your EAs will have a team each sI think you will gain more due to 1) duplication; and 2) multiplication.
On the other hand, if you take the commissions you will earn from one PSA and one EA2, you will earn 60% CV between just the two of them. Imagine your commissions for hundreds of PSAs plus EA2s and their teams. Wow!
I wouldn't go for one or the other; I would choose both. Why? I work very, very hard (but I have sooo much fun!); I want to be more successful and have more fun than I am; and I want to be wealthy. You know, really rich.
I think, if you could sponsor hundreds of PSAs and teach them to duplicate or have a lesser amount of EAs with a team of EA2, you will be fine. And you should have a lot of money. :-)
