Definitely teach a smaller group of PSAs. Often there are too many people who try out SFI and then quit without the proper mentoring. Would you be able to watch hundreds of PSAs at once when they are lukewarm? You would be spending more time emailing them ane waking them up.
Take care of a small number of EA and teach them how to be good SFI members. Teach them about the rules and the advice and the forums. You will have strong PSAs who can make you money.
