My answer to you is BOTH are great goals and should be part of your daily business activities.
First...You should sponsor a lot of new PSAs every year because this is network marketing...and it is a numbers game! The more people you sponsor, the greater the number of future EAs you will find. People come and go because "life happens". You may have an EA who stops working for months and you will need someone to fill that spot so that you can maintain your residual income.
Second...You should teach EAs to develop EAs themselves. This is how we make money. If your EAs don't make money, they will not continue working. They need to develop a strong team for themselves, just as you need to do for yourself, so that all of you can create a residual income that will last all of you a lifetime! Isn't that why we joined this great company?
