I am new to this but as I understand it I believe developing EA's is the most important. Then having them duplicate the same process and develop their new recruits in the same manner. When I hit send it says it is a serious ethical problem if any of my answer has part of any other answer supplied. I have not looked at any other answers nor am I concerned what the other answers are. This is my viewpoint and opinion.
