Ask yourself, how many affiliates can you follow up a month, personally. I think it takes about 3 months to coach an affiliate to success. Each month it is less work and easier, but it takes time each of the three months.
Why three months. If well coached an affiliate will buy the New Members Pack and can make EA easily in his first month. But he may not be ready to place a Standing Order yet. In month two he can make EA again with minimal to no investment, if well coached.
During this time you must equip him to recruit new affiliates for himself. You must equip him to get those affiliates active. If a couple of his affiliates purchase the NMP he is then in a position to risk his investment on a Standing Order. In month three if he is beginning to see some success he will take that risk.
Let say your number is 6 people you can help through this process. How many people will you need to recruit to find those 6. Recruit locally and you will find people who are more likely to follow through, with your help. Do your personal advertising through social media, blog space and email marketing and you will need to get more sign ups to find the 6. Purchase PSAs and you will need to increase the number recruited by 10 to get those 6.
It is best to plan to train people. Do not recruit recruit recruit and hope that capable people will just land in your organization, they will, but you will need to recruit 1000s and 1000s. It is better to plan your success rather than just hope for it.
