The answer depends on how much time you can give to each and every sponsored PSA to reach EA and to teach them develop EAs themselves?
If you sponsor hundreds of PSAs every year are you going to give equal time to every one? Naturally not. You will give more time who is active and deserving, isn't it?
Don't you think if you sponsor a few PSAs and focus on all active out of those you sponsored who are deserving your attention to teach them to develop EAs themselves then your time will be more productive?
As such I feel if the PSA you have sponsored is self motivated and has an average IQ and has real desire and passion to develop himself/ herself as a successful SFI affiliate he/ she can read all the information available on SFI Affiliate center and grasp it , will understand the benefit of becoming EA every month and can develop EAs by own efforts rather than seeking help from you.
If they do not understand the program then they should ask you to explain it to them and you should also check if anyone from your team has not understood it or needs your help.
