The complex nature of an Affiliate Program of this type is that we do not know who will give up, when and who will remain active, etc.
We may think, a Strong and active PSA in our Team will become a Top Leader, etc. It will be shocking when that person ops out without any reason suddenly. It would be more shocking if that person was introduced by your own hands.
The other side, you would have been assigned to few people as their Co-Sponsor to take care of them and help them to grow.
By experience, we know most of them remain inactive and when we do not know when will they become active.
Such being the case, it is always better to introduce as many PSAs as possible. Take care of them to the best of your abilities. Help them grow step by step. Ensure they reach the next leadership levels continuously. This way you will have a strong and active Team Members under you.
Once you see their progress, Teach them all about Duplication. If they are able to follow your steps and develop their own Team within the Team its awesome. What else you can ask for as their Sponsor?
Conclusion:
1. Please Sponsor as many new PSAs as possible regularly.
2. Take care of them continuously.
3. Help them Grow consistently.
4. Out of so many even if few of them remain active and reach next level leadership
positions continuously, its fine.
5. Help them to develop their own Team within your Team.
6. Do realize that not all those who are your PSAs become EAs continuously. They too
can give up without your knowledge.
7. Its ideal to have a long list of PSAs, who should be inspired by our own
achievements so that they would be motivated to stay long in SFI business!!
