In internet affiliate marketing we should embrace the fact that only 0.1 to 5 percent of our recruits will become active. It's a number game.
So having a large number of affiliates is the first step to have few numbers who will become active and become an EA. So do not neglect this part you need hundreds or even thousands of affiliates before you can have few good active affiliates.
Then give extra attention to few affiliates who starting to become active. Give them assistance, motivate them, coach them and answer all their question.
This is the way we build our SFI business. The mistakes of many is they concentrate only on earning VP and not working on finding affiliates!
Affiliates (PSA and CSA, including PRM's) are our bread and butter here at SFI and we need hundreds of them before we find what we want from an affiliate.
