I would say both Ryan,

If you already have small number of Quality EA’s, it fine to teach
Them to develop or duplicate quality EA’s like themselves also.
But as you know this business is a numbers game, you have to have
Hundreds of PSA’s to get your small number of quality EA’s.

But if you have small number of quality EA’s stick with them, all you
Need is around 5 good working EA’s and teach them to duplicate 5
Of their own and you all of you will be on the way of successful life.
