All you have to do is to continue to encourage and provide support for those affiliates who do not do anything. You just have to keep an open mind and tell you that some of them could only get active after reading all the posts. Also, remember that there may be a big reason why these affiliates are inactive. They may not fully understand how to work the program, it may not be the right time as before. Some may have health problems, and some may not have the time or money to devote to the program. One day might just send a message to someone curiosity and bring back "wandering sheep" at times. If they are still inactive then you have to wait until SFI remove them from your genealogy.
