How can I provide positive but CONSTRUCTIVE criticism in my emails to my downline?

First never criticizes them, that is not good solution, they can ask to change their sponsor!

Be nice to them, encourage them to work better and harder to start there own SFI business and have there own bosses, be team leaders!

Every week send then encourage letter to be the best, to don't give up because every business is hard until they have payment !
