Criticism is showing another and probably a better way of doing things. A positive criticism is one that encourages the critised to amend ways and or adopt the different way being suggested.
Such positive criticisms come with love and understanding of the level of the advised. It should be started by explaining the stand-point of the one being critised and pointing out the short-falls. From this point, the sponsor will have to bring out the new points, with explanations.
This will enable the downline to learn the good way and follow or tow the advice given.
Since its done with love and understanding, it certainly will go all the way to build a better
friendship amongst the sponsor and the down line.
