1) Have your invitation list with RSVP. This will make it easier for you to decide on
accommodation, location, number of pax (if refreshments are to be served), size of meeting
room, seating arrangement etc.
2) Draw a meeting agenda. Topics for discussion,activities for the day. Appoint organizing
committee may be.
3) Fund Raising activities. If this going to be held on regular basis. You need a fund for
next meeting. Car boot sales, jumbo sales, food stall etc.
4) Invite reputable Team Leaders available within your area. To share his/her success story
while doing business with SFI.
5) The most important thing is: Inform your A2A affiliates to bring as many of their family
members and friends (non-members of SFI) ... for this meeting. On the spot Sponsoring
activities, after they hear all the sharing by successful invited Leaders. Open this to
public, you will have a better and bigger pool of potential sign-ups.
